Kitchen Fitting in West Lothian & Edinburgh

I supply and fit kitchens across West Lothian and Edinburgh. Most of the kitchens I fit are from Wren and Howdens but I also work with IKEA, B&Q and other kitchen suppliers.

I can take care of the whole job, from strip-out through to fitting and finishing the new kitchen. I also organise the other trades needed for the installation.

I’ve been in the trade for more than 23 years. I taught wood machining and joinery at Telford College, and later ran a workshop designing and manufacturing bespoke kitchens.

If I cut a filler slightly short and it doesn’t sit tight against the wall, I’ll replace it. You might never notice, but I will.

    Units fitted square and level, accurate scribes, neat worktop joints and doors properly aligned.

    You can’t always tell what needs done until the old kitchen comes out. I’ve found hidden leaks, poor plumbing, unsafe electrics and rooms needing far more preparation than expected.

    I organise the plumbers, electricians, plasterers and tilers I trust and regularly work with.

    I design and supply bespoke kitchens where standard sizes, layouts or finishes don’t suit what you’re looking for.

    Every kitchen installation includes a free 12-month check-up to make sure everything I fitted is still working as it should.

What you can expect during your kitchen installation

Having a kitchen taken out is disruptive, especially if you’re still living in the house while the work is being done.

I use dust protection, keep doors closed where I can and clean and hoover at the end of the day. Before I leave, I look at the room the way you will when you come back in. The job should be tidy, the tools organised and the work I’ve done that day should look right. I probably treat your home with more respect than I treat my own.

You’ll know what’s happening throughout the installation. If I say I’ll be there, I’ll be there. If I uncover a problem or something needs to change, I’ll show you what I’ve found and explain what needs done.

If a supplier sends the wrong unit, a damaged door or something is missing, I’ll sort it. You shouldn’t have to chase the supplier or work out what needs replaced.
