Delta Joinery Ltd wants everyone to be able to use this website, whatever their abilities. This statement covers www.deltajoinery.com and our online quote portal at quotes.deltajoinery.com, where customers view and accept their quotes and invoices.

What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, the recognised standard for web accessibility. We’re not fully there yet – the honest position is set out below.

What’s in place

• The site works on phones, tablets and desktops, and adjusts to your screen size.
• Clear fonts and strong colour contrast throughout.
• Every image on the site has a text description (alt text) for screen readers.
• A consistent layout and navigation on every page.
• Quote and invoice documents on our portal can be viewed on screen (including on a phone) or downloaded as a PDF – whichever suits you.
• The site is built on standard WordPress technology designed to work with keyboards and screen readers.

Known limitations

We’d rather be straight about what needs work than claim perfection:

• Heading structure isn’t strictly ordered on every page.

If anything on the site stops you getting what you need, contact us and we’ll get you the information another way – no fuss.

Third-party content

Customer-review widgets (TrustATrader and Trustindex) and links to social media are provided by those companies, and their accessibility is under their control.
