Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to recognise it or remember information between visits.

1. Cookies we set

None. This website doesn’t set cookies for visitors – no analytics, no advertising, no tracking. (WordPress sets temporary cookies if someone logs in to edit the site – that’s us, not you.)

2. Cookies from review widgets

We display customer reviews using widgets from TrustATrader and Trustindex (Google reviews). We choose to include these widgets, but they load from the providers’ own servers – so when a page with reviews opens, your browser contacts those providers (they receive your IP address) and they can set their own cookies.

TrustATrader currently sets short-lived load-balancing cookies (kept for about 7 days) and an identifier cookie that can stay on your device for up to 10 years. See the providers’ own privacy policies for how they use this.

3. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so won’t break this website. The review widgets load from their providers’ servers either way – block third-party content in your browser if you want to stop that too.
